Service Description

This is a 3 day Acro Lab for dancers ages 6-10, 2 hours per day. Each day dancers will work on stretching, strengthening techinques, and various levels of acrobatics. Dancers will focus on strengthening existing skills while learning new ones. Various skills include, somersaults, bridges, handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers.
